Brian Clapp is the Vice President of Operations of HCB Financial Corporation/Phillips Capital Partners which is the parent company of Halifax Homes, LLC, where Mr. Clapp serves as President. Here at Halifax Homes, he orchestrates the development of the 9 and growing number of residential communities now offered by the company. With ten years of progressively responsible experience in real estate, finance, and analytical assessment, Mr Clapp is positioning Halifax Homes as a leading force in the realty market of the Emerald Coast. His extensive experience in financial underwriting, due diligence review, disposition modeling, impairment analysis, capital risk analysis and financial structuring within real estate has afforded Halifax Homes to launch 9 new construction communities in Northwest Florida.

Steve Campbell is the VP of Construction for all new community development projects at Halilfax Homes, LLC. Equipped with over 45 years of construction management Mr. Campbell is passionate about quality construction. He has worked in the industry since his youth, completing 4 years in carpentry for the US Air Force, and a number of years as a general contractor operating his own business. He devotes to this residential construction business his invaluable experience, skills, and creativity. Steve oversees the construction of every Halifax home from conception to the finished structure. He skillfully interfaces with construction professionals and the client exercising both construction and administrative duties; and insuring that our clients love the dream homes we build.
